NASA’s Picture of the Andromeda galaxy takes us through a 100 million stars.On January 5, 2015, NASA released this new mage of the Andromeda galaxy, our nearest galactic neighbor. It was captured by the Hubbel Space Telescope and the full image is made up of 411 Hubble images, taking us through a 100 million stars and traveling more than 40,000 light years.
