Photo of the Day: December 3, 2017The world’s largest Advent candle shines at the Christmas market in Schlitz, Germany, on the first day of Advent. A 36-meter high stone tower is wrapped in a red cloth every year during the Advent season. On its tip is placed a 6-meter high flame made from lightbulbs. Standing 42 meters tall, this is the world’s largest candle made without wax.
