Photo of the Day: February 27, 2018A rare snowstorm shut down the city of Rome late Sunday evening into Monday. Ill-equipped to deal with the singular weather event, schools and businesses were closed and the Army was called in to aid in clearing the snow. Meanwhile, in St. Peter’s Square, snowball fights prevailed and snowmen were made!
