A loving father, complete with baby in arms, steps onto the stage to support his young daughter. When father-of-3-girls Marc Daniels came to the rescue of his daughter during a dance recital, not only was he doing what dads do best — looking out for his kids — but he did it in such style.

As Daniels’ two-year-old daughter, Bella, took to the stage at Hamilton City Hall, Bermuda, she found the whole experience a little daunting and started sobbing. She needed the one person she knew she could count on — her daddy. And like lots of fathers, Daniels didn’t disappoint. He came on stage to help his daughter face her fears and boosted her confidence by joining in the dance routine.

On stage, the rather muscly, bearded barrister showed off his elegant dance skills, as well as his multi-tasking abilities, while clutching in one arm his baby daughter, Suri. He explained to the Daily Mail that he wanted Bella to continue so she wouldn’t be the only one to come off stage before the main event. Adorably he shared how he told his child: “I loved her and that she’s an amazing dancer.” And isn’t that just what every girl needs to hear from the man in their lives?

Bella continued the dance with her newfound dance partner, who luckily had watched the dance routine many times at home so was beautifully prepared. As he pointed his leg and pirouetted he demonstrated to the whole theater, and the rest of the world, that this is what being a dad is all about … although we think a man-size tutu to match his pink sneakers would have been the perfect finishing touch.
