Today's intention is for all communication workers.
On this day of the Rosary Relay, we go to Pope Francis' homeland, and to his beloved representation of Mary, Our Lady of Lujan.
The image is a 15-inch clay figure of the Immaculate Conception, adorned in sky blue and white. She was created in the 1600s, and tradition states that she "chose" to stay with the people, as the oxen that were to carry her to another site refused to move.
