And they are all from the 20th century!

November 6 is the feast day of 2,053 martyrs recognized so far from the Spanish Civil War. Of these, there are 12 saints and 2,041 blesseds.

This number is steadily increasing as more and more of the estimated 10,000 martyrs from the bloody persecution of the Church in 1930s Spain are recognized.

Various members of this number have their own feast day, but since 2010, November 6 is taken to recognize them as a group, just a few days after the Solemnity of All Saints.
