The actor is once again happily sharing his faith, and some motivation as we enter the 4th week of Lent.

As we enter the fourth week of Lent we might be finding the fasting and sacrifices a little tricky. But if you need a boost, look to Mark Wahlberg for a little inspiration.

We previously reported that the dad of four is offering some motivation for fasting through the Hallow app. But to give his fellow Catholics a bit of encouragement, Wahlberg has posted a video on Instagram to keep everyone focused on Lent and the sacrifices we need to make to become better Christians and humans.

The Father Stu actor is a little disheveled as he finishes his morning prayers and addresses his fans. Donning a perfectly themed pair of pajamas, he reminds us of the need to make sacrifices in this fourth week of Lent, and suggests giving our technological devices a break.

As he points out, when it comes to Jesus, "Many want to rejoice with him, but few are willing to suffer something for him, or with him. We have to get stronger in this 4th week, we're getting so close."

While we might find it a little difficult to completely turn off from technology -- after all, Wahlberg himself is relying on it to spread his message, as some people pointed out -- we can make a concerted effort to use it only for necessities.

If that's really too difficult, we can try to reduce the time we spend on our phones substantially, and take the time to reflect on the Lenten season, or pray.
