This needs no commentary. It’s powerful, moving, and terrific. Frank Stephens is a gift and his words are worth heeding. He is speaking here not just to Congress, but to all of us; not just of Down syndrome but about his mother’s Alzheimer’s disease which “has already begun to steal my mom from me…”
